Returns will only be accepted with prior authorization. To request a return, please complete and submit a return request form to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. For end-users who purchase directly from Slingshot Bionics, if the Slingshot’s comfort is not satisfactory to you, simply return it for a refund within 30 days of the original purchase, or we’ll keep working with you until it is. Please ensure you have already connected with the Slingshot Clinical Team to help resolve any fitting challenges before submitting a return authorization request. In the event the Slingshot Clinical Team is unable to resolve the issues, you can submit a return authorization request form detailing the reason for the return. Custom fabricated carbon fiber sockets are eligible for a 50% refund. For Prosthetists who purchase directly from Slingshot Bionics, returns are eligible within 30 days of purchase for items in their original, unused condition. If your purchase was made through a distributor, please contact them directly for return instructions. Credit or replacement of goods will be based on inspection and evaluation. Slingshot Bionics reserves the right to determine whether returned items qualify for credit. Items that have been altered or are discontinued are not eligible for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and a 20% restocking fee will apply to all Prosthetist returned items. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking, as Slingshot Bionics is not responsible for items lost in transit.
